Replacement Phone Cover (RPC)

The Replacement Phone Cover service will give you complete peace of mind at a remarkably low price!

It protects you in the event of your mobile phone being lost, damaged, stolen or faulty and costs just £3 per month. A replacement phone will be provided within 24 hours of notifying the Customer Care Team. The Customer Care Team can be contacted on 0208 9 555 555

All mobile phones come with a manufacturers one year warranty, but this will not cover you for accidental damage, loss or theft.

To cover your phone with the Replacement Phone Cover, just tick the appropriate box when ordering your mobile phone.

There is an excess charge of £15 for each claim.

The Replacement Phone Cover at £3 per month is only available to our own customers.
